Lebanon Community Hospital
A 25 bed critial access hospital serving the greater Lebanon, Sweet Home, and Brownsville areas, LCH provides comprehensive hospital, obstetrical, and surgical access to its community. Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine Lebanon campus is located acress the street.
Albany General Hospital
AGH provides a 100-bed hospital and surgery center located 20 minutes from Corvallis for the greater Albany area. Albany track residents will have this as their rotation site for general surgery, OB/GYN, and as seniors, internal medicine.
Samaritan Regional Medical Center
Our largest facility and primary site for the majority of our inpatient rotations. Provides 188 patient beds and hosts a Level II Trauma center, ICU, cardiovascular surgery, and is a nationally recognized stroke center. A brand new cancer center and ambulatory surgical building round out our main campus.
OUR CLINICS
Lebanon
Priding itself in full spectrum family medicine, Lebanon is our more rural site located approximately 30 minutes from Corvallis in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. Residents train in a patient centered medical home that provides comprehensive medical, psychological, and social care.
Albany
Geary Street Family Medicine Resident Clinic boasts a very busy traditional practice setting with on-site lab, imaging, and pharmacy services and hosts 2 residents per year. We are also a patient centered medical home. A comprehensive procedure room is host to the weekly resident procedure clinic.
Corvallis
The Corvallis Samaritan Family Medicine Resident Clinic is our largest continuity clinic location and is a patient centered medical home. The clinic has four pods of 5 patient rooms, OB on site, pharmacy, lab, 2 procedure rooms, and hosts 5 residents per year.
